Thank you for shopping with The Cradle Merch! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will be delivered.


1. Order Processing & Production Time

All of our products are made to order and fulfilled through Printify. This allows us to create high-quality, customized items just for you.

  • Processing/Production Time: 2–5 business days

  • Orders are sent to production shortly after they are placed, which is why we’re unable to make changes after a short window.

Please note: During high-demand seasons (like holidays), production times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Times & Estimates

After production, shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • UK & Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to customs, postal service issues, or global events beyond our control.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Any promotions (e.g., free shipping) will be applied automatically if applicable.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

If you haven’t received your tracking email after 7 days, please contact us at contact@thecradle.co.


5. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received:

  • First, check with neighbors or your local post office.

  • Then, reach out to us at contact@thecradle.co and we’ll investigate further.

Lost packages will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in cooperation with Printify and the shipping carrier.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, you are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
